Request access

Your account stays pending until you verify your e-mail and an administrator confirms your identity and approves the access. Entering a SAP username does not activate an account by itself.

Full name SAP Username

Enter your official SAP username assigned by your organization. You will sign in to the portal with it. 3–32 characters: letters, digits, dots, dashes, underscores.

Personal e-mail address

Use your personal e-mail address (for example Gmail or Outlook.com), not your EGPC or company e-mail. EGPC's e-mail security gateway holds back messages from this portal, so verification links sent to corporate mailboxes do not arrive. The portal sends only short account messages to this address (verification, approval, password reset) — never business partner data.

Your mobile number

Your own reachable number (not a business partner's). Used for account-related communication and to follow up on your BP requests; visible only to EGPC Master Data and Super Admin. Egyptian mobile (010, 011, 012, 015) or + and the country code. It does not verify your identity.

Password

At least 12 characters; must not contain your SAP username.
